Manufacturing Instructions

  1. Coarse mince pre-chilled lean meat and fat (+2°C) through a 13 mm plate.
  2. Evenly sprinkle the spice pack over the minced meat and mix until uniformly distributed.
  3. Add the ice/cold water and mix until all free moisture is absorbed by the mince.
  4. Mince the mixture through a 3 mm or 5 mm plate.
  5. Form into burger patties.
  6. Pack and refrigerate at +4°C for sale.
