Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until soft and transparent.
  3. In a bowl, combine the fried onions, beef mince, SAVOURY MEATBALLS R/P, water, and parsley. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Roll the mixture into approximately 45 meatballs (±50 g or 2 heaped tablespoons each).
  5. Place the meatballs into a lightly oiled full insert or baking tray.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 – 30 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

ALL PURPOSE COATING R/P is a fine seasoned coating developed for flavouring and coating chicken products intended for deep frying.

The coating delivers:

Usage Guidelines

Method

    • Do not stack chicken pieces in the basket.
  5. Deep-fry in batches at 160°C for approximately 14 – 16 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Alternatively, pressure-fry for approximately 12 – 14 minutes.

  6. Deep-fry in batches at 160°C for approximately 4 – 6 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
