Manufacturing Instructions

1. Coarse mince chilled pork meat and fat through a 13 mm or 20 mm plate.
2. Evenly sprinkle contents of the spice pack over the minced meat and mix until uniformly distributed.
3. Add the ice water and mix until all free moisture is absorbed by the mince.
4. Mince the mixture again through a 5 mm plate.
5. Fill into desired casings.
   • Recommended casing diameter: 22 mm – 35 mm
6. Pack and refrigerate at +1°C to +4°C for sale.
